Vehicle Delivery Readiness &
Final QC Checklist
Complete a consistent final quality-control and delivery handoff review for one repair order, surface unfinished items, and save a clear record before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
Job & Delivery Setup
Identify the repair order and the date this final QC / delivery review is being completed.
How readiness works: The seven Required Final QC items apply to every vehicle. Conditional Final QC items start as Not Applicable and only affect readiness when you mark them Required for This Vehicle. Ready for Delivery requires every required item and every applicable conditional item to be Complete, with no Needs Attention or Not Checked items.
Final QC Checklist
Keep the everyday review short: complete the required checks on every vehicle, then activate only the conditional checks that apply to this repair order.
Additional Shop Checks
Add shop-specific handoff or QC items only when they are useful for this repair order.
A blank custom row is ignored. Up to 12 additional checks can be added.
Final Handoff Notes
Record unresolved context, customer handoff details, or anything the reviewer should know before release.

This checklist reports the completion statuses your shop enters. “Ready for Delivery” means all seven required checks and every conditional check marked Required for This Vehicle are Complete. It does not independently verify vehicle safety, repair quality, regulatory compliance, customer authorization, or whether any specific road test or inspection is technically sufficient.
