Planning scope: This tool plans one calendar day. Overnight shifts and jobs are not modeled. Use the planning window to cover the full period you want to dispatch.
Technicians

Daily Jobs & Dispatch
Add jobs, set the planned time slot, and assign a technician and bay. The result board will sort scheduled jobs by start time.

A job can remain unscheduled or unassigned while you are planning. Those conditions appear as planning issues instead of blocking the plan.
Conflict rules: The tool warns when the same technician or bay is scheduled for overlapping jobs, when a job is outside a technician's shift or the planning window, or when the planned end is after the entered promise time. It does not automatically optimize or reassign work.
Day Notes
Record parts delays, staffing limits, sublet timing, customer waits, or other dispatch context.
